Is a not for profit service ensuring income generated by the service is channeled back into the service in the best interest of the children;
Actively welcomes parent participation;
Ensures regulatory educator/child ratios or higher;
Supports and advocates for the highest possible National Quality Standards;
Has qualified and experienced educators balanced by age and maturity.
